CORECITY is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our crocheted products. If you are unsatisfied, this Refund and Return Policy outlines how to return or exchange items.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Customized items or items showing signs of wear are not eligible for returns.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer service at returns@corecity.com to begin the return process. Include your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Exchanges
If your product is defective or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Contact us at exchanges@corecity.com with a description of the issue and any relevant photos.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately at support@corecity.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Customized crocheted products are non-returnable. Please review all details before placing an order for custom pieces.
