At this time, CoreCity does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders must include a valid residential or commercial address for delivery. We also do not ship to certain international destinations where shipping or customs regulations prohibit delivery. 8. Shipping Errors and Lost Packages
In the rare case that your order is delivered incorrectly, is damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact CoreCity immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by either replacing the item, offering a full refund, or issuing a store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that CoreCity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend tracking your package and ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
